Using our in-house CAD/CAM software, we produce high quality custom foam inlays for new and existing tools.
We use Plastazote® Foam which is closed cell polyethylene foam. It is lightweight, waterproof, oilproof, chemically inert, flexible and available in a large range of colours and densities
Each tool fits precisely into its foam inlay profile, minimising mis-organisation of tools. The two-color foam permits immediate visual audits. If you can see the alert color - a tool is missing
Our patented "push-down" system maximises the space available on a foam and makes it easy to remove a tool from the foam - push down on one end of the tool and the other end will pop up.
Each tool kit can be as unique as the job or engineer it is designed for. We have no minimum order.
We are proud to be distributors for Stahlwille and Beta tools, but we are happy to source any specific tools you require for a particular tool kit.
We can also source the ideal case for your tools and work with you to optimise the tool layout over different layers, to group related tools together.
A key element of 5S is to "straighten" by organising items to optimise efficiency and flow. Shadow Boards are an excellent way of organising multiple related tools
Using our in-house CAD-CAM, we use the same process as our foam inlays to generate detailed profiles of each of the items and arrange them vertically for easy access and visual inspections.
Jig and Kitting foams allow a set of parts to be collated for ease of assembly or use, so all the different components are ready for the production line.
Different foams can be colour coding for ease of identification and we can also add custom labels which makes part identification and reordering even easier
